Maray restaurant hosted an outdoor dining event this week in Liverpool. Set within Calderstones Park’s Mansion, the area was lit with a multitude of lamps and fairy lights, creating the perfect ambience for an outdoor midsummer party.
The restaurant has two sites – one on Bold Street and one on Allerton Road, both in Liverpool. The event was being held across two evenings with around fifty people at each one – a nice amount of people to create an atmosphere that also felt exclusive.

Half cauliflower, flaked almonds, pomegranate, tahini, yoghurt, harissa, fresh herbs
When we arrived we were given a glass of prosecco and a menu for the evening. We expected that we would choose one starter, main, side and dessert – we were wrong. We were served one of everything on the menu to share between two people! The food was amazing. The menu was varied, giving you an insight into the broad range of food that Maray does so well.
